So I saw two movies last night: Green Lantern and Cowboys & Aliens.

Green Lantern is a fine example of cramming too much into an hour and a half. It was bad.

Cowboys and Aliens on the other hand pleasantly surprised me. I expected something really stupid and ridiculous, but they actually played it straight (maybe a bit too seriously?). It was pretty good.

I mean there’s King Harkinian, Lady Gaga, Robotnik, Microsoft Sam… even Gabe Newell! Where’s Duke Nukem? I want to hear World is Mine by him, damnit!
